Decisions, decisions

So I’m getting this dining set (minus arm chairs and server):

I need fabric to cover the seats. I think I’ve narrowed it down to these:

They are all outdoor fabrics from Joann.com. According to the web site’s description, this fabric claims to”resist not only mold and mildew, but soil and stains, as well. Should you spill food or drink on the fabric, it cleans easily with soap and water.” Where has this fabric been all of Jenin’s life?

Now a rug. I need one to go under the dining table and one for the area with the sofa. Click here to see what those spaces look like.

Ok so first, I’m thinking of this rug for the sofa area:

Maybe it’s a bit too predictable. Not as “young and hip” as I would have hoped for. But I really wanted a rug that I can pull colors from. I found this one over at Overstock.com. It’s slim picking for multi-colored outdoor rugs. Don’t be confused, I’m designing the kitchen/family room area, not a backyard. I don’t know why I didn’t consider outdoor grade products before. They’re absolutely essential when you have kids.

What do you think of this one to go under the table?

Maybe just a neutral one?

Both of these are from Dash and Albert.

I think I’m leaning towards the striped fabric with the Overstock rug by the sofa and the blue diamond under the table. Maybe some mocha damask lumbar pillows for the chairs at the head of the table?

What to do? What to do?

very cute! I of course love the damask. But the brown diamond pattern is really cute.
I need that dash and albert rug, that's what I should have got for the kitchen. Super cute.
