I bought a ton of felt.
Half a yard of every color in the store. They’re not all shown here. I kept going back and grabbing more bolts. 16, maybe 17 colors total. It was on sale and I wanted to make sure I had all the colors. You know, “just in case.” That’s a shopaholics way of saying “I have no control.”
I bought so much felt because I Googled “felt garland.”
I really shouldn’t have done that.
Because it made me buy half a yard of felt in 16, maybe 17 colors.
At least it was on sale.
First felt garland I made:
Crazy easy. Six inch strips. One inch wide. Glued together using fabric glue. Done.
Any color combination you fancy. Any occasion you need.
I love that garland you made! How cheerful.
Thanks for linking to my dot garland.
Couldn't help but notice your previous post about being in Bellingham, Wash. That's my hometown! It's a small world after all.
Amnah the garland looks great! Don't worry…you will find something creative to do with the yardage. Thanks for visiting me today!
I love this one — and I am staying tuned that next one looks fab!!
Another idea…

Yep I am addicted too….
Ohhh, I am in love! What a darling garland!
I kept meaning to make a pompom garland this year for my tree, but it didn't happen. 🙁 Oh well, maybe next year.
I love garlands! They're so fun and add so much to any scene. It doesn't hurt that they're really easy to make either.
This is so great! My husband gave me a foot tall stack of felt sheets for Christmas, and now I know what to do with them. Thanks for the idea!
